The good news: The fog has returned to my part of the bay, bringing much cooler nights and somewhat cooler days.
The Better News: Kel-Aire is sending a repairman to fix our furnace on Friday morning. I'm leaving a note to Steve to have him do the regular maintainence stuff (as I was going to call them 8/1 to do this before the belt broke).
The BEST News: Katy visited her orthopedic surgeon yesterday for a check on how her leg is healing. Her bone has healed perfectly, and she received a release for activity. For the next 6 weeks we need to walk her longer distances every day, getting her up to about 2 miles by the middle of September. Barring any problems in this time, her latest incident is behind us!!
